Latency not working properly for Subspace chains

Currently https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/explorer/latency 

is giving the following error while loading for subspace chains:

```
 TypeError: e.derive.chain.getBlockByNumber is not a function
```

After some time it was able to load, but it took a long time.
