Create an initial draft of the ODD for the PoV Vision Pilot

Description

Create an initial version of the ODD document with the information available on the PoV repository, and select additional attributes that may be relevant. Compile all information in an initial draft to bring for further discussion with the PoV WG.

Purpose

Prepare a base for discussions with the PoV WG.

Possible approaches

• Create an initial version of the yaml format of the ODD definition based on OpenODD.
• Convert the document into a format that is easier for discussion (tabular).

Definition of done

• The initial draft of the document is available, both in yaml and tabular format.
