ci: Sign firewood ffi binaries

It's a good idea for the binaries to be signed, as mentioned in #962

Before we take this on, we should figure out what the binary signing strategy is for other Ava Labs stuff, and if we want to share a private key with other teams.

Since we have access control with git, this isn't super high priority.
