For more complex meshes I've using ColliderConstructor::TrimeshFromMesh with great pleasure. When I wanted to add a more simple collider I was surprised that there didn't seem to exist a way to constructor a simple bounding box given a mesh.

Of course I could figure out manually what the right dimensions are, but it would be so much easier and beneficial for the development cycle if this could be done automatically.
