github avrdude_packing_release action failed

Somehow we did not have this issue previously for 8.0 release.

I have no ideas why this failed.

I re-run this github action manually one by one and it is actually working.

But I need to download each dist.zip file after individual run, if only it will get overwritten.

It seems to me that somehow each run create the same dist.zip file and that may be the issue --second run will fail.

On the other hand, the other routine github action seems to work fine. It creates 6 dist_xxxOS_xxxarch.zip files.

The issue is clear now: we need to have different ARTIFACT_NAME for different architecture. Right now, it is all dist.zip which causes the problem.

Unfortunately we were not able to test during the merge of this enhancement.

The architfact should be the following.

${{ env.PROJECT_NAME }}_${GITHUB_REF##*/}_${{ matrix.config.os }}_${{ matrix.config.arch }}.tar.gz

I remember I had the same issue for libusbdotnet.

I could not get it working to replace actions/upload-artifact@v2 with actions/upload-artifact@v3.

Hey @mcuee, a little late but the problem should be that the upload-artifact uses an old version of the action. To upgrade to a newer version I recommend using this guide: https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact/blob/main/docs/MIGRATION.md
