feat: change calendar to a dropdown for selecting trip booking dates. #95
Description
Currently there is a "Calendar" Plugin for selecting dates, this is adding a lot of complexity just for the sake of showing "available" booking dates. Update the plugin to use some "DropDown" or any simpler tool.
