When displaying a Sequence, list the Calls so the Caller can pre-empt them. #4

The Caller has to call the call before the dancers execute it. Listing the Calls in a Sequence will allow them to read ahead.

Ultimately, I'd like to have these on a piano roll, synced to the music being played.
