Please describe your feature-request in detail.

This is a feature request to upgrade xstate, @xstate/vue, @xstate/react to the latest version.

Both xstate and @xstate/react have new major versions available, but since our project uses xstate for other purposes besides the @aws-amplify/ui-react Authenticator component, we can't update to the latest until Amplify does as well.

I have a similar issue where sanity.io needs xstate v4 and amplify-js still uses v4.
