Setting maxAttempts to Storage.put config

Hi everyone, been wondering if we could add a retry field to update the Storage.put config and override the default 4 attempts to send request before returning a network failure.
According to amplf, Storage upload tries 4 times before returning a network failure, this can cause a noticeable lag when app suddenly goes offline.
