Is chapter on "Kubernetes Secrets and AWS Secrets Manager" complete? #48

Hi,
I think there are some gaps in this chapter -
- The chapter doesn't mention the steps taken to install Secrets Store CSI Driver add on.
- How did you prepare the EKS cluster for this statement? - "The EKS control plane created a Data Encryption Key (DEK) to encrypt the secret, saved the encrypted secret to etcd and used kms:encrypt to encrypt DEK and cached the encrypted DEK"
