Protein design agent fails when launching the cloud formation stack #152
Description
08-protein-design-agent fail when attemping to launch the CF stack. Looking at the logs, I see the message "Attempting to get logs from group: /aws/codebuild/protein-design-docker-build, stream: build-log-protein-design-stack", ....Logs not available: An error occurred (ResourceNotFoundException) when calling the GetLogEvents operation: The specified log stream does not exist.
