Validate and document delegatedAdmin support for AWS SSO

With the recent release of delegated admin support from AWS SSO, we need to validate:

• If the predesigned delegated admin design works with the switch over
• Work on any regression issues
• Update documentation of repo and workshop to ensure that customers are aware they could use the solution in a delegated admin mode as well
