I want to create 3 layers (vpc,lb,ec2,rds) so I can select 92 resources and make the same letters connected.

AppSync abount Service Quotas

This looks like an issue with the amount of resources being returned. AppSync has a a limit of ~5Mb returned per request. My guess is that these 92 resources have a lot of children. This will require a fix in the frontend to catch this error and retry the request with a smaller page size as currently it's hardcoded to 500 items per page.

As a temporary fix, I've reduced the page size on the frontend to 250 as part of the pagination change in #584. Can you update and see if this fixes your problem?
