This project has gotten quite a few separate bug reports due to availability issues:
Many of those tickets include the specific error message, which includes a stack trace with the words "unexpected error" and a request ID. All of that suggests to users that their issue is a bug that requires investigation.
I'd suggest that this experience could be improved for both users and the Q CLI team by providing a more succinct and specific message when there request was rejected due to limited availability, such as:
Sorry, our servers are experiencing high load. Please try again later.
