Claude Sonnet 4 and 3.7 not usable

• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Amazon Q is having trouble responding right now:

Steps to reproduce

Any Normal message sent on Claude 4 produces this error. Claude 3.7 works for some time and then encounters the same message.

it is not workable, even if you get one that works half way through writing code it stops and summarises context, which abruptly halts the coding changes and lobotomises Q Claude or whatever you want to call him, AWS is not accountable, does not communicate and cares not if they have a system in place at the moment which is literally destructive and time wasting, which cant be emphasized enough, and we are paying via sub and tokens for our projects being damaged. Cant use Claude 4 at all, 3.7 works but context summaries every 20 minutes, AWS should appreciate that is not a workable environment. Yesterday i had 200% red text to working text, it was ridiculous, and we are probably whereing the cost for repeating what they wipe.
