Allow deployment of "serverless.template" file like in Visual Studio #3128

I'm trying to replace my development with Rider. However I'm still forced to use visual studio for convenience of serverless.template deployment. In Visual Studio I have following menu item when right click on serverless.template file:
On rider when I do the same there is nothing there.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the same experience with serverless template deployment on Rider like in Visual Studio
