Reorganize Infra and Blueprints Documentation

Description

We have 2 infrastructures that we want to highlight: inference-ready eks clusters and JARK. Inference ready is for inference, JARK is for training/mlops. on the Infrastructure page,

Goals:

1. Create a "solutions" and "stacks" section under the root of infrastructure on the page. Under solutions, put JARK and Inference, under stacks, put everything else, leave Troubleshooting where it is.

2. For blueprints, we are trying to highlight the inference charts as the recommended way to deploy inference on EKS. I would move "neuron" and "GPU" under inference charts as subfolders.

While reading through, I notice it would be helpful to have an architecture diagram of JupyterHub within EKS to help the reader.
