Update AWS IoT device sdk c++ v2

The version of aws-iot-device-sdk-cpp-v2 is pinned in CMakeLists.txt.awssdk. The version is over 2 years old now.

Are there plans to update the iot device sdk version?

The pinned hash in the CMakeLists.txt.awssdk is the minimum version supported. In this case the version is v1.30.3 of the C++ SDK. You should be able to use a newer version without issues.

When trying the latest release of the aws sdk there's causes a compilation error:
