Upstream: Implement context key passing between authorization and admission

Open an issue upstream in k8s and fix this by adding a header (or similar) in the http.Transport of the SAR and admission clients. The API server must generate the context key itself, they user must not be able to set it (e.g. like audit-id, otherwise there could be race conditions of users getting unprivileged access).

This unblocks #11
