Support name on creates

Describe the feature you'd like to request

For a create, Kubernetes doesn't populate the name attribute, as that requires the body to be deserialized, which hasn't yet happened in k8s authz. However, in our model, with #11, we could leave name required, but unknown, such that be used in policies, and populated in admission when known.
