Add a CMake formatter / linter in CI #521
Description
In the spirit of #37, I think that we should run and configure some sort of CMake linter / formatter to run in CI, as this would allow for consistent formatting across our codebase.
While both this and #37 could result in a large PR with many false positives, with a little elbow grease and iterations I think that this is achievable.
