Should allow signed commits

We should allow signed commits.
This means that git commit should be interactive since the private key might be password protected.

git -c commit.gpgsign=false commit --allow-empty -m "Trigger real permission checks" and git -c commit.gpgsign=false commit -m"rebuild"
