2. halx99 will assign the issue/feature-request to first one who post 'catch up'

3. issue/feature-request author sponsor on opencollect: https://opencollective.com/axmol or github page

4. developer starting work on the issue/feature-request , once finished, will be verified by halx99 and author of issue/feature-request

5. developer upload receipt (contains issue/feature-request conversations screenshot) to opencollect of axmol

6. verified receipt will approved by halx99

7. opencollect will submit the cash to issue/feature-reuqesst developer later

Note: developer may can't accept full cash due to opencollect payment-fee
