Convert docs front page to use the v5 workflow

When we make a market ready release, we should allow the 5.x deploy workflow to take over responsibility of the arizona-bootstrap folder.

To do this, we will need to limit what is added to each commit that is triggered by the 2.x branch to docs/arizona-bootstrap/docs/2.0

Alternatively do some fancy rsync stuff.
