Set Up System Files submenu item is missing from "Files"

[UPDATE] The new [2120.2] version contains the menu item in questtion.

Hi there,

I am trying to set up the 3ds system files into my azahar emulation environment.
I installed the ArticSetupTool to my real 3ds (startd up fine) and tried to use the "Set Up System Files" menu but it just does not exists.
Does this need a prerequisite to appear or maybe it just not yet implemented in azahar?

Any help would be very appreciated. :-)
