Controller Android Xbox Y Delay Unresponsive

Description of Issue

The Y button on Xbox controllers and other controllers does not respond immediately. It requires to be held or pressed multiple times for input to be recognised. There is no issue in versions 2120.2 and earlier.

Expected Behavior

Input of the Y button on external controllers such as Xbox or other controllers should be immediate and without lag.

Pressing Y on a controller using version 2120.3 onwards

This really sounds like it's most likely an issue with upstream SDL2. The only thing that changed between 2120.2 and 2120.3 related to controllers was an SDL2 version bump which was intended to address some Xbox pairing issues.

I would advise checking their repository @ https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL to see if there is an issue mentioning something similar to this, and if there isn't, make an issue describing the problem.

I have checked the commits in the 2.32.x branch since the release of our current SDL2 version and there doesn't seem to be anything pertaining to input delay issues, so it is likely still an issue as of the latest 2.32.6 release.

When making an issue, you should reference that the problem appeared after SDL2 was upgraded from commit 9e079fe9c7931738ed63d257b1d7fb8a07b66824 to 2359383fc187386204c3bb22de89655a494cd128.
