Mario kart 7 & FE Echoes crash on Vulkan

Description of Issue

MK7 Crash when every klick single player & FE Echoes crash when entering battle

Expected Behavior

Hopefully it will be fixed

Reproduction Steps

I tried vulkan on ex troopers and it was fine

Yes. I tested FEE using Vulkan, and when the asynchronous shader compilation option was enabled, all the troops on the map disappeared. It's good when it's disabled.
But after entering the Thieves' Temple, a black screen appeared and the app crashed and restarted.

After switching to opengl es, these problems were solved.

Yeah I know, opengl no problem. I reported this for vulkan

On AMD, I see a similar issue where Echoes just hangs upon launch on Vulkan, but works great on OpenGL (minus the performance being awful)
