Azahar crashes when setting up JPN new 2ds xl model

Description of Issue

Azahar crashes when setting up new 3ds system, using a JPN 2ds xl model

Expected Behavior

Azahar setup opened on old/new 3ds model
open azahar, File>Set up System Files
type ip from 3ds display.
Press enter, and it should open up to system settings on Azahar

Reproduction Steps

Have a region locked model, like a JPN model for example
Open up Azahar
Open up Azahar Artic Setup Tool on New 3ds/2ds or xl model
If you have old 3ds setup checked already, press New 3ds setup
Type address from the new 3ds
press OK

These mess ups can happen when having the region and country set where you are from, or a other country that is not your region model. If put as the region your model is from, it will end up just crashing

It will do some things

1. Crash
2. say there was a problem connecting to the servers
3. stay on a black screen
