Description of Issue

This is an issue present all the way back in Citra. When any texture filtering option is enabled, the edges of 2D sprites (i.e. UI elements) are exaggerated.
No Filtering:

I currently have an AMD GPU, but I first noticed the issue back when I was using an nVidia GPU.

Expected Behavior

No "embossing" effect on 2D sprites.

Reproduction Steps

Enable any of the Texture Filter options.
