Description of Issue

I have not experience this issue with Citra or any other previous ports. When I enable button mapping, the button window no longer accepts mouse clicks. The issue can be mitigated for a short while by changing the screen layout, but after a while it won't detect mouse clicks again.

Expected Behavior

Mouse clicks should be detected on the bottom screen, even when button mapping is enabled.

Reproduction Steps

Enable button mapping (and possibly assign at least one mapping).
