Describe the bug

When the taskbar is set to auto-hide on Windows, it does not appear when moving the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen while an application is maximized.

To Reproduce

  1. Set the Windows taskbar to auto-hide.
  2. Open and maximize Beutl application.
  3. Move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen.
  4. The taskbar does not appear.

Expected behavior

The taskbar should appear when the mouse cursor is moved to the bottom of the screen, even when an application is maximized.
