There was a definition for Pset_GeoScienceFeatureGroundTypeDistribution with one property described as:
"If the distribution of ground types with mechanical properties cannot be modelled geometrically, an enveloping "geotechnicalUnit" can be modelled, and the %-distribution of ground types can be provided with this property".

=>It was decided to use IfcMaterialConstituentSet to represent the material distribution.
