SFtool is designed for the automated management of secondary findings. It enables users to analyze VCF (Variant Call Format) files for automatic management of secondary findings related to personal risk (ACMG v3.1), reproductive risk and risk in offspring (ACMG for carrier screening) and pharmacogenetics (pharmCAT)
