Improving Baby Buddy's Dark Mode Compatibility

I noticed that Baby Buddy was the only homescreen icon on my device that didn't conform to dark mode. To address this, I quickly created my own version of the icon. However, I'm not entirely sure about the alignment and quality of my design.

I wanted to suggest adding a favicon that can be used when the device is in dark mode. This would ensure better compatibility and a more cohesive look for users who prefer dark mode.

@simon-bd would love to add this! Baby Buddy's source logo assets live here: https://github.com/babybuddy/babybuddy/tree/master/babybuddy/static_src/logo_assets

If you can create the dark variant from that and make a PR adding it to https://github.com/babybuddy/babybuddy/tree/master/babybuddy/static_src/logo we can figure out what else is needed to configure it properly for dark mode use.
