Feature request: Here's a bunch of files, put them on the nodes that i can access later

Example: I have a configuration/credential file and i want to place it on a node before i run later jobs. Make this "easy".

Should also allow "don't record this env variable" or something (for private files).

This MAY be solved with something like the secret work we're doing elsewhere.
