That would be a valid point, but then maybe it could be mentioned in the beginning of the section (like "The following servers are production-ready and have an estimated deployment percentage of >1% on the web:" or so).

The list of servers supporting QUIC mention only NGINX and Apache, but other servers support QUIC already.
