BAR_SYSTRAY_PATCH overlapping issue

When the bar is hidden on focused monitor, the systray overlaps the unhidden bar on the unfocused monitor. With systray I use the 'A' monitor in bar rule.

1. Hide bar;
2. Focus to other monitor;
3. Get back the focus on monitor with hidden bar.
