Update for Version 3?

Just started to experiment with this and some version 3 codes aren't working (specifically when not blue_is_orange).

As far as I can tell, the only differences appear to be that there's a new player anthem slot, but there are also a few extra bits before the orange itemsSize (6 in the code I tested). I'd be willing to contribute an update but I'm not entirely sure what these bits are for.
