Update Requirements

I ran into an issue while running cli from requirements.txt, specifically the below.

ERROR: Cannot install -r requirements.txt (line 2) and Werkzeug==2.0.3 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies

I update the dependency and it ran fine.

2. Did you face an error when building the balena-python-hello-world example
3. What dependency have you updated?

I was using the Balena CLI to push the balena-python-hello-world example to my fleet.

Initially the build failed because there was a conflict in the requirement of Werkzeug for Flask and the werkzeug version include in the requirements.

Flask 2.3.3 was requiring Werkzeug to be of version >= 2.3.7.

I update the requirements.txt for werkzeug to be 2.3.7 and then was able to push successfully the project to my fleet

I'm facing the same issue, to solve it I just downloaded an package v2.0.5 that if from before all the updates applied in May 6.
