Progress bar and spinner widgets should not require a message

If these widgets aren't provided with a message they throw an exception: https://github.com/resin-io-modules/resin-cli-visuals/blob/master/lib/widgets/progress.coffee#L42-L44

This is inconvenient in cases where the message would be long and the progress bar/spinner would be shown on its own line below it.
