Figure out future for balena images list

With docs being updated for base images, The base Images List (https://docs.balena.io/reference/base-images/base-images-ref/) is not all that helpful anymore. I recommend hiding this page from the navbar which makes it nearly undiscoverable unless,

1. Someone you find it on the search engine
2. Or, searches for it using Docs Search.

Benefits,

• Link doesn't break, continues to exist.
• Data is not lost to time and we can still have a list of base images that are now deprecated

I can add a deprecation notice on top of this dynamically created page.
