Requesting retrieving crypto:PublicKey by directly using the content for Ballerina 2201.5.5

Current Limitation

We are developing a mediation application for choreo and have a requirement to extract the certificate information. Latest Ballerina has crypto:decodeRsaPublicKeyFromContent, but the version supported in choreo (2201.5.5) does not have this method. Can you backport this to above mentioned version, please?
