Prepare for EU -> Europe renames #367

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
AWS does not seem to be able to decide how to call the regions in Europe. Unfortunately, the pricing API uses the region description (and not the region ID 🤦 ) for filtering.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
Add a fallback for Europe from EU if no items are returned. (Actually, maybe the other way around?)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Describe the location attribute values to decide which version to use.

Tried to find public documentation about this, no luck. :\
