Cannot upload books which contain a sub-book of only planners

Eg: Book of blueprints, which includes a sub-book of upgrade and deconstruction planners for those blueprints.

I believe the fundamental issue is upgrade and deconstruction planners cannot be uploaded. I think this cascades upwards:

• If a blueprint book contains only planners, it cannot be uploaded.
• If a blueprint book contains several things, and one of those things is a book of only planners, the whole book cannot be uploaded.

It appears that editing is a little different than uploading. I was able to edit a successfully-uploaded blueprint into a book of only planners (which could not be uploaded). But I was not able to edit a successfully-uploaded blueprint into a single planner.
