I have an outside Horizontal awaning and after inputing my configuration its staying at 0% (closed)

I have an issue using the integration “Adaptive Cover” . I have an outside Horizontal awning and after inputting my configuration it's staying at 0% (closed). The awning won’t open at all or move with the sun correctly. My configurations are:

1. awning span length: 3 Meters (our awning is mounted to an overhang 6 feet away from the window)
2. awning angle: 11
3. awning height: 2
4. shaded area: .5 ( not sure what this is)
5. window azimuth: 219
6. default position: 0%
7. field of view left: 1
8. field of view right: 90
9. sunset position: 0%

Everything else I left the same. If anyone has any different settings or if I misunderstood anything?
