I don't have a presence sensor in the room and I'd like it to activate all the time depending on the weather and room temperature. It currently still moves the blinds when the weather is not sunny.

  1. Will leaving the Presence entity empty result in the presence check always being true?
  2. Are temperature units based on the units of the HA System settings?
