Automotic blind positioning still triggers manual position

Describe the issue

When the cover is using motion sensors or climate mode and decides to fully open or close it sets the manual override to running. If it's set back to a mode where the position percentage needs to be used, as the blind is moving, it doesnt run for 15 minutes.

More specifically if i leave a room, that triggers the cover to open after occupancy has not been detected. but if re-enter the room as it's opening, it doesnt close again and it starts waiting out the manual over-ride timer.

Reproduction steps

1. set up the cover with a motion sensor
2. leave room
3. wait until it opens from no occupance
4. Enter as it's opening
5. cover will not close again for 15 min
