Shortcut Super + 2 is hijacked by browser

The Super + 2 shortcut is not working from within the browser when it's focused. I have an AZERTY French keyboard so I wonder how it could be related because the numbers are on the SHIFT row, not the natural one. So maybe other non-english languages share the issue ? All other shortcuts work fine 100% of the time.

To be clear, an AZERTY keyboard has é as the normal "2" keystroke, but the shortcuts Super + é is equivalent to Super + 2, I guess there is some magic behind it. Same goes for 3 where the default is ", 4 is ', 5 is (, 1 is &. They all work. But the "2" sometimes don't specifically in Chrome and Firefox.
