Description

@Stupremee

This issue is meant to be used as a place to discuss the structure and contents of the book.
I've thought a bit about the book and have a first idea for a structure.
First, all the concepts, features, guarantees etc, should be explained, after that we can start to build small applications using bastion.
I think practical introductions are the best way to learn new frameworks, so we should have some of them.

1. Introduction
  1.1 Installation
  1.2 Hello, world!
2. Concepts
  2.1 Children groups
  2.2 Supervisors
  2.3 some other stuff that I don't know at the moment
3. Building a simple Tcp server
  TBD
4. Building a chat application
  // The chat appliaction should use the tcp server created in 3.
  TBD
5. probably another example like 3,4?
