Could not initialize SDL IMG! - This should be fixed in latest (hypseus) source. A check for WEBP support in the SDL_IMAGE library was being made on hypseus SDL initialization, but in actuality this was not required and the check has now been removed. Presumably your RPI3 SDL_IMAGE library was lacking the WEBP support.

Provided you follow latest hypseus source, on the next release, this should not arise again.
